Once you have selected an account option from ASB's personal banking page, apply to open an account by printing the Application from this page (you will need Acrobat Reader installed in order to open the form). Simply fill in the blanks, sign the form and mail to:

You can also fax your application to 641-847-2011. You'll receive the proper account agreements and disclosures in a Welcome Packet.
