Q. What happens to my Online Banking and BillPay?

A. Beginning February 16, please use your current username and password to access the Online Banking login at gnbbank.com to do your regular banking. You will be prompted to answer new security questions at that time. Please note, there will no longer be access to your ASB Bank Online Banking and BillPay after 6:00 pm on February 12. If you do not currently use Online Banking and BillPay, you can enroll on gnbbank.com beginning February 16 at 8:00 am.

Q. What happens to my e-Statements?

A. We encourage you to save your e-Statements to your computer or print them prior to February 12. ASB Bank e-Statements will not be available on GNB Bank online banking.

Q. What happens to my Mobile App?

A. If you are currently an Online Banking customer, on February 16, you simply need to visit your app store, search for GNB Bank, and download the new app. You will no longer have access to your ASB Mobile App after 6:00 pm on Friday, February 12. Please delete the ASB app from your phone at that time.
